How It Works
The number on the first page should still be the number on the last page. Here is how we protect that.
Griffin sources lots that actually pencil — slope, utilities, HOA architectural review, view corridors, and resale ceiling. BaumHaus walks every site before you make an offer.
Architect and builder work the plan together so the design and the budget are settled at the same time. You approve a fixed scope before ground breaks, not after.
Finish selections happen early and in one coordinated block — with real allowances, real lead times, and a designer who has specified these products in this climate before.
Weekly progress reporting with photos. One superintendent, one point of contact, and a schedule you can actually plan a move around.
Griffin handles the closing side. BaumHaus handles the punch list, the walkthrough, and a warranty that doesn't require chasing anyone down.

Where We Build
Building well in Washington County is not the same as building well on the Wasatch Front. Sandstone and caliche soils, 110° summers, slab-on-grade detailing, HOA architectural committees, and lots that are all view and all slope. We build for this place because we're standing on it.
